SŚAINT x SHEVOKE COLLABORATION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to the SŚAINT x SHEVOKE collaboration collection ("Collection"). By purchasing from the Collection, you agree to the following terms.

1. GENERAL
The SŚAINT x SHEVOKE Collection is a limited release and is available while stocks last. SŚAINT reserves the right to modify or cancel the collection at any time without prior notice.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. SŚAINT reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

3. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Unless otherwise specified, discount codes and promotional offers may not be valid on the SŚAINT x SHEVOKE Collection. SŚAINT reserves the right to exclude the collection from any promotional activity.

4. ORDERS & AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be notified and offered a refund or exchange where applicable.

5. SHIPPING
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to demand or unforeseen circumstances. SŚAINT is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (SŚAINT PURCHASES)
All purchases made through the SŚAINT website are subject to SŚAINT’s standard Returns Policy. Items must be returned in accordance with these guidelines to be eligible for a return.

Where provided, sunglasses cases, pouches, and any specialty collaboration packaging must be returned together with the sunglasses for any return or exchange to be accepted. Items returned without original cases or packaging may be refused or deemed ineligible for refund or store credit.

If we believe a bottle has been used, tampered with, damaged, or is otherwise not in a condition that allows it to be resold, we reserve the right to decline the return. Any returned item must be received in its original, resellable condition to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

7. SHEVOKE WEBSITE PURCHASES
Any purchases made via the SHEVOKE website are processed and fulfilled independently by SHEVOKE. All enquiries relating to orders, shipping, returns, or exchanges for purchases made on the SHEVOKE website must be directed to SHEVOKE and are subject to SHEVOKE’s own terms and policies. SŚAINT is not responsible for orders placed through the SHEVOKE website.

8. SUNGLASSES & PRODUCT CARE
Sunglasses included in the collection are fashion accessories and should be handled with care. To maintain product quality, customers should avoid exposure to extreme heat, harsh chemicals, and abrasive surfaces. Scratches, lens damage, or general wear and tear resulting from improper use or storage are not considered manufacturing faults. Unless otherwise stated, sunglasses are not intended for use as protective eyewear.

Where provided, sunglasses cases, pouches, or specialty collaboration packaging are included as part of the product presentation and may vary between styles. These items are not sold separately and are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund if lost, damaged, or subject to general wear and tear. Minor variations or imperfections in packaging are not considered faults.

9. FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact the relevant retailer (SŚAINT or SHEVOKE) from whom the purchase was made. Assessment and resolution will be handled in accordance with their respective policies and applicable consumer laws.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SŚAINT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Collection or the use of purchased products.

11. CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

SŚAINT x Shevoke Giveaway 

  • The promoter is SSAINT COLLECTIVE PTY LTD.
  • This giveaway is hosted exclusively on Instagram via the official @ssaint account.
  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
  • The giveaway commences at 10:00am AEST on 11 June 2026 and closes at 10:00am AEST on 12 June 2026.
  • To enter, participants must:
    • Follow @ssaint.official on Instagram
    • Like the giveaway post 
    • Comment on the giveaway post.
  • Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
  • Each winner will receive one (1) SŚAINT x Shevoke Collection prize valued at approximately AUD $420 RRP, including:
    • One (1) pair of SŚAINT x Shevoke sunglasses (winner's choice of available colourway);

  • If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, SŚAINT reserves the right to redraw the prize.

  • SŚAINT X NK POLO and SŚAINT X NK TEE are scheduled to ship from the week commencing 1 June 2026.
  • SŚAINT X NK BOMBER is a pre-order item and is scheduled to ship from the week commencing 8 June 2026.
  • Orders containing any pre-order item will be shipped once all items in the order are available.
    No split deliveries will be provided.
  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to change.
  • VIP discount codes and coupons cannot be used on any SŚAINT X NK collection products.
  • By purchasing from the SŚAINT X NK collection, customers acknowledge and accept these terms.

1. Offer Details

Spritz Club members will receive a $50 SŚAINT discount code via email during the promotional period.

2. Discount Code Details

The $50 discount code  is valid for use until 11:59PM on the 31st of MAY AEST only.

Minimum spend of $150 applies to redeem the code.

The code is single use only and must be applied at checkout.

The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or promotions.

3. Eligibility

Customers must be subscribed and receive the code via email to redeem.
